Here's an overview of the loan-application process

STEP ONE -- Apply Now! Getting started is easy

Getting started early in the process is critical to making your purchase or refinance move quickly. You may apply BEFORE you've selected a property and have a contract with the Seller! Just complete a loan application, which can be done easily through our website.

To get started go to Company Info - our Company Directory and choose a Mortgage Loan Originator you would like to work with you and select an application from their page.

We will document your ability to repay the loan utilizing the current banking industry standards necessary!

At the appropriate time we'll order a property appraisal for you by a qualified licensed Real Estate Appraiser to determine if the value will support the loan amount you are applying for.

Your Attorney will provide us a fully executed contract of sale in a purchase situation along with a title search of the property you are financing.

STEP TWO -- Your Loan is Approved and Funded

Our Bank Closing Attorney will review the title search completed on the property and advise you if there are any outstanding issues that need to be addressed. He will ensure that your closing documents are prepared and the funds are ready to complete the transaction.
He will coordinate with the all the necessary parties to complete the tranaction and you'll sign the final papers closing the transaction.
